Donations can be made in person or by mail at: Friends of Heather Fulcher If a donor gives more than $100 during an election cycle, they must also provide their occupation, employer, and the address of their workplace. Under Washington State law, contributions are limited to $1,200 per election cycle. This cap applies to individuals, independent committees, political committees, and political party committees. Candidate committees are prohibited from accepting contributions—whether in cash, goods, services, discounts, or facility use—from corporations, joint stock companies, labor unions, or domestic independent sovereign nations.
